“We’re alone, we’re alone!” cried all of the stars,
“We’re so distant and always so far apart,”
They were prisoners of the mighty sky,
Because none of them even dared to fly.
“I can’t hear when you sing”, said the cluster of Orion.
“I try to burn brightly, but it just makes me tired!”
And then the North star, the brightest of all,
Noticed something below, and to them she called:
“Look down, look down and into the sea,
There are stars there also, and they’re swimming free!”
And some stars were so desperate to have their wish,
They fell into the sea and became starfish
